  1. Tell me your license number and how to reach you.
  2. I verify you through the phone number or mailing address CSLB has on file for the license, not the contact info you type here.
  3. Once verified, you'll be able to add a short owner's note and photos when that feature opens. Your License Verified stamp and your place in the A–Z list don't change either way.
